General Conditions: 1-You must sent the wedding form to our office in La Habana at least 21 days prior to the wedding date with photocopy of your passports.. 2-Couple and guests reservations must be specified with the word “Wedding”.. 3-No minimum of accommodation days in Cuba are required, but please note that you must be in Cuba a minimum of 3 office days prior to the wedding. 4-No minimum of guests are required to enjoy our wedding packages, programs and services in Cuba. .
Note: The wedding form will be sent to you as soon as you confirm your wedding with our travel agency in Cuba ( you should fill it with special information such as complete names , parents names, place of birth , occupation , address, etc ) With this form we can proceed and book your wedding date with the Notarial Office in Cuba.

Information on the preparation of the official document of marriage certificate
Bring all your original documents with you. Your marriage will be formalized in the name stated on your passport. Your passport must therefore be correct, and the name on your passport must match that on all your other documents.
If single: Passport, ID and entry Visa
If d ivorced: Birth Certificate or Divorced Certificate or other official document showing the marriage dissolution (all documents should be translated to Spanish language and legalized) Please: consult the Cuban Consulate in your country.
Widows: : Same as divorced people (special documents are required, please consult the Cuban Consulate in your country.)
After your wedding, your Marriage Certificate will be prepared as quickly as possible and couriered at your expense to the home address on your documents. Your marriage will be legalized by your country Embassy in Havana and the Cuban Foreign Affairs department.
Cancellation policy: The price of the wedding package should be paid at least 21 days before the wedding or arrival date. If you cancel the wedding after we book the wedding date in the Notary Public , this Public Office will refund you only a 50% of the marriage fees and our travel agency should charge you with a 10% more plus a penalty of 1 night of hotel accommodation as our service fees.
